Class incorporates Pilates Mat work along with cardio for a complete workout. 

*Rebounders are used in classes where appropriate for heart rate elevation, stretch, or cardio pump.

Power up, exercising full body strength and cardio training, always applying pilates principles for a big sweat!

This is an intensive workout that includes light Cardio with strength, stretch and agility movements to end your week and launch you into Sunday when you can rest!  Weather permitting : classes are often outdoors for part or all of the time. 

Designed to improve strength, flexibility & posture, as well as better mental awareness. Precision in movement and core control will enhance cycling technique & muscle endurance resulting in a stronger ride. Stretching will help restore range of motion in the joints.
